Purpose

To develop programs that help retain businesses, support programs to attract new businesses and enhance the opportunity for all businesses to succeed in Farmers Branch.

Business Climate

More than 34 Fortune 500 companies and 80 corporate headquarters are officed in Farmers Branch. Farmers Branch is also home to 20 foreign owned businesses. The daytime population of the city is 90,000, as commuters stream into the city's multiple high-rise office buildings and industrial parks.

Business Seminars

The Farmers Branch Chamber of Commerce offers a variety of seminars throughout the year.

Economic Census

The Census Bureau has launched a new website, www.business.census.gov, to help businesses understand the economic census and how it benefits them. The site includes snapshots of selected industries and significant facts about every industry.
